#ask the expert usually 3 -6 months child gain weight 150grams per week,if the premature babies are 3months but corrected one month,will follow the same weight gain pattern? According to preterm baby what to expect about the weight gain.My baby was preterm ,3 months,But corrected one month having 3.2 kg,Now she is not gaining weight as usual?

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and yes there is different weight gain chart for preterm baby. and like in your case baby should have 3 kgs in 3 months and in 5 mo the 4.8. also you can consult with your doctor too and ask for weight chart
