#Ask the expert, Sir/ Mam my son 3 year old and his weight is around 11.5kg and height is around 87 cm, Can you please just us is his growth is going good or not , If not what we should do.

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom he is slightly on the lower side , but if he is been active for his age and been eating well enough should not be an issue .
Give him a balanced diet by providing variety from various food groups . Such as fruits and vegetables, dry fruits and nuts , dals , chana , sprouts , rajma, eggs , milk , panner , ghee etc
