#ASK THE EXPERT# MY SON IS 7MONTHS OLD.HE IS NOW HAVING SOLID FOOD BUT NOW WADAYS HES POOPING THRICE DAILY SOMETIMES MUCH SOMETIMES LITTLE BUT IN A SOLID STATE.IS THIS NORMAL?? FRUIT JUICE,RICE WATER ,CERELAC I GIVE HIM DAILY.PLS LET ME KNOW THE REASON???

Once solid foods are introduced into your baby's diet, his poop is going to change.
Try to add some veggies or fruits in baby food preparation to soften stool and easy to evacuate.
give sipes of water after each solid feed.

usually it is normal.
so please breastfeed your child as per his or her needs.
offer fiber rich food like palak puree, prune juice, fruit like pear, banana etc to your child.
keep your child hydrated.
give Massage to your child daily
maintain good hygiene
