#Ask the expert. My niece is 25days old and her current weight is 2.7kgs. when she was born her weight was 1.7kgs. Today, she has vomited two times in a day but vomit was coming from her nose and sticky substance from her mouth. Is it normal or do I have to consult a pediatric.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. if we take the birth weight of the baby in the consideration baby is having very good weight at this age it is natural for babies to vomit like this please do burping of the baby after each and every feeding

Yes It is completely normal and your child has gained good weight in these 25 days so you do not even need to worry about the weight it’s almost one KG which is very good and vomiting is common with kids so need not worry about it it is stomach reflux which makes kids threw up like this
