#Ask the expert My elder daughter who is 7 yrs old having constipation problem…she doesn’t pass stool daily and its only 3-4 times a week. Please suggest what can be done

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl4 years agoA. it is com in kids . Hard stool is common in this stage of kids as mostly baby did not eat fibrous diet and drink enough quantity of water . So same should be increased in baby diet and any medication shoukd be avoided . Lactulose can be given in babies more than 2 yr only .
