try cool pack on it or gently rub coconut oil on it.
keep that area clean.
and observe your child for next 48 hours.
if there is any symptom like fever, irritability, breathing difficulty , dazzineess, low appetite, vomiting , diaherra etc then please visit your pediatrician immediately
