The weight seems to be ok and if the child is active, eating properly and alert then do not worry about the weight
Give a balanced diet to the child
Include atleast 2 fruits every day and also include dry fruits too

No It’s about 3 to 3 1/2 KG less that’s what I can tell you at this is a child is somewhere around 13 1/2 to 14 KG so of course approximately the way it is quite less you should try to work upon more of proteins and healthy fats for your child on an every day basis
