A. Hello After 1 year you can start with cow's milk Check for signs of allergy after giving milk for 3 days If well tolerated then you can continue giving cheese & Paneer can be given after 1year too

A. If your baby is close to 8 or 9 months old, you can introduce a small bite of paneer and gauge his reaction to it. A few months later, you can start increasing the quantity of paneer to around two cubes, four times a week.Cheese can form part of a healthy, balanced diet for babies and young children, and provides calcium, protein and vitamins. Babies can eat pasteurised full-fat cheese from 6 months old. This includes hard cheeses, such as mild cheddar cheese, cottage cheese and cream cheese.
