Could be due to heat in the body currently since you have not posted a picture I’m just going to advise you to apply calamine lotion regularly if you see is getting better and getting resolved over the period then continue applying that 4 to 5 times in the day and if it does not get better over the period then in that case you can take an assistance with your doctor regarding the situation that is there
