#ask the expert I have delivered in Feb 2020.now my baby is 10.5 month old.I am breast feeding mother.last week I got my period, but only for some drops I have seen after that no bleeding but from yesterday I notice light bleeding in brown colour.i am really tensed..is it normal or I need to consult my gyno?

A. Yes it is normal, If you begin menstruating again while you're breastfeeding, you may experience spotting and irregular periods and wonder what's going on. It's completely normal to have inconsistent cycles when you're breastfeeding a baby, and you can chalk it up to the same hormones that caused amenorrhea.
