Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. please do cold sponging to reduce the body temperature and give paracetamol to the baby ko. Fever is the response of the body against foreign infection like virus bacteria etc no need to use any medicines unless the temperature is more than hundred degrees
