A. Any Fall injury specially head injury needs to be assessed properly . In any such case certain symptoms needs to be checked like loss of consciousness reccurrent vomiting or any abnormal moment or convulsions . Such case needs immediate medical intervention as there could be some internal injury . Otherwise application of ice locally to reduce the swelling and pain can be done along with some analgesic like paracetamol. Recurrent fall injury for a child should be avoided as it can lead to some chronic manifestations occasionally .b Also teeth injury should be rule out in any such case which is commonly associated and can be easily missed out most of the time .

A. You Why should definitely consult your paediatrician because it seems like your child in the sit had better get a check with your doctor at least I’ll be able to advise you with the right thing as of now to settle that down you can also go ahead with hot compress or cold compress like you can keep an ice or something so you can do this as well
