you can contact pregnancy as well as breastfeeding too.
take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day.
eat protein rich diet and stay hydrated

No You don’t have to stop breastfeeding before getting pregnant you have to stop read breastfeeding after becoming pregnant because it is not recommended to continue breastfeeding if you are pregnant when you can see when your pregnancy test is confirm after that you have to quit breastfeeding completely
