Eggs whites are one of the big allergy-triggering foods, so you should avoid introducing them to your baby until 12 months, though you can try egg yolks at around 9 months.

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr old girl4 years agoA. giving yolk is good. give yolk first for few weeks. You can even use little water or milk to mash the yolk and feed baby. Later after few weeks you can give white or one whole egg. It's good to give whole egg after a year. Methi you can wait for a while.
