and the child will take the milk according to the need and then will leave the e milk.
if the child is taking more milk you can offer milk in more quantity with intermittent t burping .
there is no need to to go for hourly feeding pattern.
also there is no need to wake up the child from sleep if the weight of the child is within normal limits .
