# ASK EXPERT MERA BABY 49 DAYS KA HE ,MERA MILK PRODUCTION MORNING BOHOT ACHHA HE OR JESE JESE SAM HOTI HE WO KAM HOTA JATA HE OR PURA KHATAM HO JATA HE ...2 3 BUND HI ATA HE KYA ESHA HOTA HE???

A. Sam face this problem so I’m going to advise you to have good amount of liquids every day like plenty of liquid should be there proper food balance diet and start having shot powder three times in the day with warm milk that also is going to be very beneficial
