Hello ma’am It is mostly somewhere between 2 ml to 2.5 ML but still I would like to tell you it is mostly given sometimes according to the weight of the child as well so if you want you can consult your paediatrician otherwise the dosage is mostly going to be 2ML or 2.5 ML only
