Q.

As of now I am adding haldi and little salt to my babies food but at what age I can give spices to my baby

A. it is better to avoid salt and sugar in the age of 1 year and you can introduce it after that you can add a very little amount of spice to your child food

A. hello post 9 months you can slowly introduce spices in small quantity which should be fine and not q problem and also avoid too much additional salt as too much of salt can effect babies kidney since the bm or the infant formula milk already contains the required salt content

A. after a couple of months you can start giving some spices to the child including hing jeera however I would not recommend it start giving spices like garam masala and all to your baby at this stage
