as my son has some born issue held in icu for 10 days ... but now he is healthy. but his weight gain is very slow.. even though he is 6 yrs old only 15 kg his weight. what to do to increase his weight n immunity

A. dear mum, for healthy weight gain, you should give a homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups. grains and millets 4 servings pulses legumes/egg non veg: 1-2 servings seasonal vegetables including green leafy vegetables: 1.5 serving fruits - 1 serving milk and milk products 500ml sugar 4 tsp oil 5 tsp control intake of process packaged food
