Q.

As my girl is 5 yrs as when she is doing toilet then she is having pain as there is cut in her private part. kindly advise

A. Hello, your baby girl is 5 years old and she is having a anal fishure which is very painful at her potty so give her stools softener like duphalac 10 ml at night and apply lignocaine jelly before pooping

A. probably the baby is having a fissure at the anal area the reason for pain while passing stool you can give adequate fruits like mango papaya banana to the baby e and some water to drink also consult a doctor for appropriate medicines
