as doctor said to avoid dairy products for my baby which food can I give to my 6 month old baby so that we can increase her weight

A. You can give mashed banana or steamed apple to start with abd in liquids rice kanji few sips of water and later give ragi porridge or sooji kheer or Upma and rice porridge and introduce one food at a time

A. Then you can give another healthy proteins to the child that’s what you can do and if your doctor advised to not to go ahead with dairy products then you can consult a nutritionist 4 to advise you with something else and then you shift to soya based products if you need toWrite Your Answer Here
