As a new mom will it be okay if I start to take gummies for my hair growth? My baby is exclusively formula fed.

I don't know about gummies, but I can advise you to do home remedies like regular hair oil, home made food, try to avoid tight hair styles, increase green veggies intake, try making onion - Fenugreek oil at home, use regular... it works well... home remedies are always better than packaged remedies...
