Q.
As a father of 1 year 8 months old Daughter who is already taller than 3 ft. (We both parents are tall too), her weight is a matter of concern as she is 18 kgs. How can we bring her weight to an ideal range ? Her diet is normal with fruits, Dal, Soups, vegetables and milk. Sugar intake is minimal.
