Take protien rich diet. (sprouts, paneer, soyabean).
Use keratone hair oil mix with coconut oil and apply twice daily

Complete the post natal supplements on time. Regularly apply coconut oil or almond oil to your hair. If the problem is severe better consult your doctor for further evaluation and advice.
