Whole Grains Sprouts,
spices like Cumin Seeds, Poppy Seeds and Fennel Seed, Fenugreek Seeds.
And lots of fluids .
Avoid taking seafood, Spicy food and flatulence causing food can cause a shift in your baby’s reaction,coffee,meet and non veg,
Beans Cabbage Dairy products Onions , citrus fruits.

While being a lactating mother you just have to avoid taking spicy and fried food rather than this you can add anything in your regular diet plan. Baby should be totally on mother’s milk and there is no need to give anything else to your baby till your baby turned six months old
