Q.

Are there any particular lubricants or techniques that help with the smooth insertion of a menstrual cup? I'd love to hear your recommendations.

A. When you use a menstrual cup for the first time, it may feel uncomfortable. But “greasing” your cup can help make the process smooth. Before you put in your cup, lubricate the rim with water or a water-based lube (lubricant). A wet menstrual cup is much easier to insert.

A. Hello dear parent! It is important to ensure that you have no allergic reaction to silicon material when using menstrual cups. Keep Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil handy. Consult your doctor for further advice
