Start with one new food at a time. Be patient and persistent in your efforts to feed your child healthy foods. Keep your baby hydrated all through the day. Good luck and take care.

have a proper diet plan as break fast mid morning snacks lunch evening snacks dinner..
you can give baby all foods fruit and vegetables as baby will get essential nutrients for healthy growth...
avoid oil and spicy foods..
