Yes it is considered quite safe but why do you have to give package food to the child that I’m not understanding when you have an option of giving proper fresh home-made roti sabji and all to the child why do you want to give noodles which is at the end of the day and not a good thing to be given no matter if it is made up of millets it does come into a packet only which is not advisable to be given
