are cakes allowed to eat after delivery

ExpertVarsha PramodhNutritionist6 years agoA. Dear Mom you can eat fresh home prepared fruit or nut cakes. add wheat flour instead of maida and no food coloring must be added. consume such a cake occasionally

Dear mum if it is a cesarean delivery then you are not allowed to eat immediately after delivery. in general you can have cake what you eat does not affect baby digestion or gas or cause cold. breast milk is made from mother's blood. composition of breast milk and blood remains same irrespective of what mother eats. but for your own good health it is preferable that you control intake of such high sugar fat containing foods
