Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. regarding sleep pattern in children above one year of age you have to just make a proper discipline for the child so that gradually the child will develop a proper schedule and avoid too much of screen time and other activities at least one hour before sleep also make the room environment and temperature favourable for the child to sleeep.
toddlers may have night terrors and nightmares which needs to be managed accordingly.

There Are no such tips that I can give you but yes I can only tell you that you should always make your child sleep in different postures sometimes on the right side sometimes on the left side and sometimes on the back to retain the head of the child in round shape
