Anybody please suggest me the diet during 36 weeks 6 days which will b helpful in normal delivery too ?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mam, are you going to have a normal delivery or no it all depends on the moment of delivery nothing specific can be told about it . Just take small meals as heavy meals can cause acidity . Also have enough liquids ans go for walks and pray and meditate will help
