Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. it will be a better option if you take advice from your gynecologist regarding this matter as she is a better persorn to guide you regarding your problem anod you can get all your queries cleared in detail and receive proper treatment if required for this.

It Woman loses down wait because of exclusive breastfeeding also so in this case I am going to advise you to go ahead with a consultation with nutrition expert because the doctor is going to advise you with the things that you should add on to your diet for healthy weight gain
