any nutrition can answer me.. is brown basmathi rice high n Arscinic? it s safe or bad to consume

A. There is no need to give brown rice to the baby as it is heavy to digest and takes more time to cook so it’s better to use local rice of your place

A. Brown basmati rice is comparable to other types of brown rice. While both white and brown versions of basmati rice provide vital nutrients, brown basmati rice contains more fiber, phosphorus, zinc, and B vitamins. Brown basmati rice is also lower on the glycemic index.
