Q.
Any ideas or supplements to increase milk supply? My baby is 21 days old and I have been trying to exclusively breastfeed but it looks like my milk is insufficient for my baby so I have to top up his feed with a 30ml of formula everytime. Any suggestions?

U Can go ahead with taking fenugreek capsule is there quite good with the review and it’s completely Dr describe think I’m telling you you can have it or two times in a day and you can see if the lactation is increasing then you can take these captions for easy 2 to 3 months
