Q.

Any gynaecologist who could guide in I am 45 all of sudden my periods stopped from last 2 months ? What to do ? As per test at home I am not pregnant

A. its totally normal . as recently the menopause is seen at early age groups also . so just start multivitamin supplement and calcium . follow a healthy lifestyle along with meditation
