For a 1 year old following things should be taken care while planning a diet
2 serving of food per day
3 serving of vegetables
2 to 3 servings of milk and milk products
3 to 4 servings of cereals and pulses like wheat aata, oats, rice, ragi, daal, sprouts and beans
Reduce or restrict the intake of sweets, sugary drinks, fried food, chips, namkeen to once a week
Include egg or chicken if you take twice a week
Water 5 to 6 glasss per day

Milk and diary products (ghee, cheese, butter,curd, paneer),Dal,dry fruits, idly, ragi, cerelac with pulses,grains,egg, meat , fruits and vegetables (banana, potato, Beans).
