Q.

Any drops or medicine for conjunctivitis for 3-4 year old, no pain only redness and watery eyes

A. You can clean eyes with warm water but if you have to use eyedrops that has to be suggested by the doctor because for conjunctivitis or any eyes infection which usually suggested to use medicines which are based on antibiotic so you have to consult the doctor once
