The diet should now include vegetables, fruits , dry fruits, milk and milk products, soya, beans dal in the diet
Give small and frequent meals
Reduce sugar intake , biscuits, breads, namkeen food in regular diet as they lower the immune system …
Water intake should also be increase by adding coconut water, buttermilk, lemon water, soups and vegetables juice

no ,as such no specific diet plan is needed
but yes ,it is advisable to offer homemade freshly cooked food.
it is better to give easily digestible food items like khichdi, rice, fruits etc more
keep your child well hydrated
