A. Hello good morning !! If the baby is active and reaches milestones and is in ideal weight range then no worries. As the babies are active all day and reaching physical milestones they need more energy and balanced diet. Include fruit and vegetable purie or dal with veggies or kichdi ,cerelac with fruit or vegetable grate ,curd rice,millet idly /dosa,ragi malt or ragi mudde ,roti with dal/sabji/curd,paneer,egg in regular meals meets the required nutrition.
