A. Hello Some children who are very active physically may not hain weight. but they may be fit so don't worry Add caloric dense foods like egg, milk, ghee, almonds, walnuts, cashews, dates, banana, chickoo, potato, sweet potato, til seeds, peanuts in kids recipes.

A. I would recommend that you should try to give your child banana milkshake along with eggs everyday for breakfast apart from that you must try to incorporate lots of carbohydrates like paneer cheese in the everyday diet of the child
