Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. the first meet that you can give to the child is mother's milk and if it is not possible then you will have to go for formula milk and if that is not possible then only go for animal milk because there is high chances of animal milk allergy to the child
