and mam after delivery I'm having fully body pain so much wekness i cnt wekup erly in morning and so much elbow pain I cnt tak a glass weight mam plzzz answer me mam

A. Hi Make sure to start with yoga & motility exercises. Include Protein rich foods like milk, paneer , egg. fish. nonveg pulses. curd Take vitamin D & B12 supplements after getting levels checked , if need be. Sleep well. take lot of green vegetables & nuts ( dry fruits)
