POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 7 m old boy2 years agoA. Because if the money was debited then transaction has taken place and both payment app and bank account will show the transaction . One of the reasons can be 'By Mistake'. Another UPI call centre 983–278–6271 can be the transaction is reversed by the merchant.
