Among cloth diapers which inserts are safe whether cotton or bamboo charcoal inserts?

A. Cotton is definitely going to be a better choice most reliable to use so personally I have to suggest you out of the two I feel cotton would be better and if both the things are more suitable to use but since you have an option out of the two I think it would be cotton
