am using colimex drop to my 2 months old baby because am using breastfeeding along with formula milk also due that he is having gas issues . sometimes he is crying I dnt knw the reason that time am using colimex drop after using he will pass the motion sometimes yellow and sometimes yellow with green I am getting confused about the motion

The medicine is basically given if the child is having stomach pain so it’s completely safe to be given whether the child breastfed or formula fat it is completely normal for a child to suffer with stomach pain and gas related issue so you can use the medicine as per the requirement
