am loosing my hair more that a count of 200

A. Hai good afternoon !! Include protein, iron rich foods and iron supplements in regular diet. Milk and diary products,dry fruits and nuts,egg, Leafy vegetables, fish,meat (liver), flaxseeds, jaggery, ragi, carrot beetroot . Do regular scalp massage with warm oil,use mild shampoo for hair wash. Hairpacks like hibiscus leaves/flowers pack, egg pack, fenugreek seeds pack, onion oil/amla oil will help in controlling hairfall.
