Q.

am in 6th month of pregnancy.. doctor said that my cervix is about to open and asked me to be in complete bed rest... I have severe back pain and leg pain also sometimes a sharp pain comes and goes in the middle or both the sides of my lower abdomen... what shall I do ? am very much worrying of this..

A. hi mom if cervix is any to open then ask ur doctor about cervical stitch .. u needs to consult with the doctor for proper examination and advise regarding this

A. Hi mommy As you are advised to bed rest Avoid any activity and exercise Take rest and consult with your doctor in person for proper physical examination and treatment Stay hydrated healthy Take well balanced nutritious food including fat carbohydrates protein
