Q.

Am giving raggi porridge, wheat porridge to my baby as he is reaching 6 months of age.. Now am not adding any sugars or salt to it. Traditionally our culture says palm sugar for babies? Which is better palm sugar, Jaggari or others. Or sugar is avoidable? Pls give scientific reply which will make my child to be healthier and strong.

A. till completion of six months.. you should give only breastmilk.. after that you can give anything ... liquids to semi solid meals to solids slowly.. just avoid cow milk and honey before age of one.. otherwise there's no food restrictions

Hi mom Write It is better to avoid salt and sugar Till One year Take a good care of your baby Offer different varieties of food Give some light food like dal water and seasonal vegetables kiwi juice and cereals mashed potato mashed banana etc Take a good care Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
