Am giving 500 ml cow milk to my 2 year baby daily is it ok?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. your baby is more than two years of age there is no problem giving 500 ml of cow's milk to the Baby daily but better baby gets the cal from solids and semi solids

400-500 ml should be given to the baby in a day.
Give three proper meals in a day and two snacks in between to ur baby.
Give healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups.
