My baby is having 500 ml cow milk in night and asks for more. Is cow milk good for one year old?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Cow's milk should be introduced to the child only after 1 year of age . Earlier introduction of cows milk can lead to micro bleeding in the digestive tract. It's also deficient in iron vit E,C and essential fatty acid. It's also lackxding ideal proportion of protein and fats present in breast milk or any formula milk .

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. good evening it is good for the child however 500ml is more than enough in a period of 24 hours definitely it is not required to give more quantity of milk to the baby than this it is important to the food as well
